Asian Turkey Lettuce Rolls

This is adapted from a recipe posted on Facebook by my Nephew Dan Harris. In place of my ground turkey, he used two small (boneless/skinless) chicken breasts, lightly grilled then ground in a food processor. In place of my garlic chili sauce, he used Thai chili paste.

12 oz. ground turkey

3 Tbl. soy sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 Tbl. garlic chili sauce

1 tsp. honey

3-4 sprigs fresh mint, chopped

2 sprigs fresh basil, chopped

3 sprigs cilantro, chopped

1/2 cup peanuts, chopped

lettuce leaves for serving

Saute turkey with next 4 ingredients. Stir in herbs and peanuts. Serve on lettuce leaves.
